First of all the hotel manager is a hero. He called right away when he realized our daughter had left her backpack. He even took care of aquiring shipping services for the item. Thanks, Paul!! The rooms were not only clean, they were beautiful. We had just spent the week at a Disney Resort and the bed was bigger and more comfortable. We just loved our stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Ice machine near our room was not working / staff at front desk notified when we checked out
