We only needed a clean, comfortable, no frills place to crash for one night and it met all of our needs.

For a lower priced facility, it was still nice and clean.

Could have used some cups or glasses in the bathroom... there were none.

It was quiet and the staff were very helpful.

Cookies were good. The first housekeeper who addressed our issues was very nice and hospitable.

Since you asked, the tv remote did not work they said they would fix in morning but that did not happen. We called the front desk to inquire they said someone would be right up but never showed, the smug host laughed she we were hurrying to our room because i had to use the restroom now and the room keys did not work apparently housekeeping deleted all keys for the entire hotel. I didnt think it was funny. Last of all the 9 workers sitting at the back door drinking beer both evenings was inappropriate and disturbing. We were leary each time we had to step over them to enter building.

Very nice breakfast for the money.

I liked that we were able to have our dog with us, we had her in her kennel in the room. It was a good place to walk her for my husband, though I can't say that I would have felt good about walking here in the industrial area on my own. The continental breakfast was sufficient, waffles were good.

The hallways smelled of cig. smoke,as did our non-smoking room the first night. The carpets weren't very clean, I guess I didnt expect much different for a room that we could have our dog in for the price, have never done that before. We stayed two nights, the second morning the housekeeper knocked on the door more than once hours before check out, to see if we were checking out by 11:00 (don't we have the room until 11?), if I didn't answer, she kept knocking. When I went to make the in-room coffee, I had to scrub the dried coffee grounds out of the filter basket first, the next morning the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned or emptied.

The show was clean and ample room with the shower curtain extended out.

I did not like the location of the hotel being in an industrial section. I should have known of this on your website. I would NOT have chosen this hotel for 2 women to stay at alone. Which is why you do not state industrial on the website. Also, the bed was uncomfortable and hard. the hallways were dark and so were the room.
