The coffee served in the restaurant; entry was not to my liking. Tasted weak and flat.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The new bar and dining area was attractive and had an excellent variety of offerings. Even though the hotel was in the middle of a renovation from Crown Plaza to Holiday Inn, the staff did a good job with it.
The constant music in the bar area was way too loud. Coffee in your room is a waste, because it is so bad and artificial creamer isn't satisfactory. Even though there is a specialty coffee area, there should be an early morning complimentary coffee service in the lobby. There should be some temporary signage explaining the change to a Holiday Inn.
