La atención cordial del personal
Según yo reserve en el hotel y a la hora de solicitar mi facturan me informaron que había yo reservado en otro lado y no me dieron mi factura de la estancia. El primer día no hubo agua caliente y no lo arreglaron rápido

Location, restaurant food and service, parking service and sense of security.
Shortage of available staff. The towels are in very poor quality. The towels feel like sand paper. Air conditioning and heating did not provide desired climate control. It functioned poorly.
