The room was great true luxury

The resturant was not to the quality of the hotel

Our rooms thermostat was stuck on 82. We were tied and napped then left for our event. When returning it was still on 82 and my husband called the manager. The sweet manager came up and resat the thermostat. She said it would work in about 15 minutes. We fell asleep and woke at 3:00 am to sweltering hot. The very kind manager moved our room at that hour and was sooooo very professional and nice. Thanks for running a stellar establishment.

We've stayed in the past but not since the renovations. It was fascinating to see all of the changes and loved the room re-designs. It was nice that some of the historic details were integrated into the renovations. I loved the artwork and the feeling of a trendy urban hotel in the city. The staff team was very welcoming.

Loved our room and the hotel generally- though we missed the lounge and restaurant from the past. Oddly, while our room was very inviting overall, the bed was quite uncomfortable...we were surprised about that.

We loved it. The staff was uber friendly and helpful. The room was great. We appreciated the sitting area and the balcony and the extra sink and make-up area outside the bath. Location downtown so convenient to the square. Loved the Cincinnatian London taxi complementary service. We definitely plan to return when weather cools and have highly recommended it to many friends. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and we were very impressed. The lobby and furnishings throughout were beautiful and we loved the preservation and the old craftmanship in the hotel. We could not have found a better place to enjoy the World Choir Games. Can't wait to return!

We had to come home. One friend said that she did not want to leave.
