New, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Comfortable bed, good air conditioner, great shower. I have not one complaint.oh, the parking can be a challenge if you have a big pickup.

Air conditioning did not work in first room. Nicholas was more than helpful. He switched us immediately to a new room & made sure the A/C worked, offered to carry luggage and apologized. I couldn't have asked for anything more. This hotel looks brand new and is very comfortable.

The location was good and close to downtown Chico.

The parking lot was very tight and cars had to park close together. Some spaces weren't even available. The pillows on the bed were "lumpy" and uncomfortable. The building creaked all night.

It was generally okay. Comfortable and roomy, with no other complaints than the one enumerated below. Unfortunately, it's a deal-breaker.

We didn't know that there would be a surcharge for our service dogs to stay with us in the room, rather than in the car. This surcharge ($50) was not disclosed on the website, but only in the lobby. If we had known about it, we would have stayed somewhere else. As it was, we had already paid, via the website. Next time we'll stay elsewhere.

The location was wonderful for walking to town. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was some loud noise one night and the staff responded as soon as they were contacted.
