Main reason for choosing Heritage Inn Express Chico: Rate
Everything was great. An hour after I checked out, I realized I lost a button of my button-down shirt. I called the front desk and they had my room searched...and they found my button. They mailed it to my house in the Bay Area. Great service and great value.

Main reason for choosing Heritage Inn Express Chico: Location
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They included all the amenities that I needed and were overall very clean. Also, the customer service/staff was very very friendly and helpful!
Not a big deal but when I first arrived there was a bit of dried up gunk on the sheets but the staff made sure to replace the sheets with new clean ones, so it ended up being no problem.

Main reason for choosing Heritage Inn Express Chico: Location
The room was spotless.
The hotel clerk was very nice but he was not at the desk when I arrived at 8:30 PM and I had to wait about 15-20 minutes to check in. I had been driving for 8 1/2 hrs. and I was tired.

The staff was great.
The only item I would recommend is changing the sensory lights by the sink it was too close to bedroom n kept turning on.
