We loved the location. The hotel was close to almost everywhere we wanted to go.
The room even though we had two queen size beds was really small. I tripped over a rolling chair and bruised a toe that still has not healed. There needs to be more room and we did not have a view. For the money we should have had a better view.

Great green policy of having no room housekeeping service in return for a discount for any meals taken at the hotel. Even without the discount, it is a great policy.
Location is excellent in downtown Chicago.
Rooms facing Michigan Avenue tend to take up a fair amount of traffic noise. Best sleep with earplugs!

The rooms and hotel are clean and the desk/bell hop are very helpful
The price you charge for Wi-Fi is ridiculous. I don't unpderstand how the economy hotels offer it free and upscale hotels rape you with the charge.

The location was great. I was given complimentary internet access even though it was not supposed to be complimentary - that was a nice gesture by the staff member. The bar tender was polite and respectful.
Not much to eat at night as the restaurant was closed. The bar had limited menu with not much veggie stuff. Prices of snacks in the room were not specified. The elevator service was not great. Even though there were five, often only one or two will work and therefore stop at many floors. Complimentary coffee should be provided in the room, not in the lobby area.

The front desk staff at this hotel are second to none. They always find a room that meet and exceeds my expectations. I will return to this hotel every time with this type of service.
My only complaint are the elevators. Their small and and not timely. I am not sure all are working so at peak times of the day, it may take 15 minutes to get an open elevator.

The first night they put us in a handicapped room for $400 where the water flooded the bathroom. Luckily they moved us to a regular room the next night
