Was incredible for the tariff we got months ahead of time

Mattress. No free bottles of water. Too strict instructions on not touching or moving things on/in minibar! Psychological terror of bumping something and getting charged.

I loved the ambiance of the hotel. The concierge Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very secure coming and going.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool was not available during my stay.
