I needed the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport and take me to the hotel at around 9:45pm. No one ever answered the phone. I had to take a taxi for $15.00.

Yes. I was charged double for my stay. One was for the $196.00 fee and another for $246.000 fee. The second one is incorrect. I am not sure why this happened. Perhaps because I followed the instructions to call to check out and leave the key... when I had already done this. Please have someone call me today if possible to get this amount erased from my account or give me a credit. 330-715-9613 Travelling today and tomorrow, but will try to respond to a call if at all possible.
