Staff always accommodating to their guests.
The room TV was changing channels by itself even after maintenance came and changed the batteries on the remote. Also getting coffee at the hotel is an issue for us early risers. Twice I had to walk to a restaurant to get coffee in the morning. This was as late as as 6:45am.

Our room was very quiet and very comfortable.
The quality of the equipment in the fitness center was subpar.

Nice view, clean room, ease of access.
TV reception was sketchy and the water pressure was very low. Maybe both a result of being on 24th floor?
