It was a good stay. The remote for the tv didn't work and the replacement only worked for a day.

The hotel is conveniently located near Midway Airport. Too bad the area does not have nice restaurants or shopping nearby. The facility is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
I thought the hotel was expensive. Parking was very limited and their Bistro only offered microwaved food. I like the Hampton Inn's free continental breakfast concept.

Desk staffer at checkin very pleasant and helpful.
I was a bit surprised to be charged $12 for the overnight parking in their large, fairly empty lot.
