The excellent bed and the very quiet rooms. The decoration of the bedroom and bath was attractive as well. Very short wait for an elevator. Friendly housekeeping staff.
The toilet ran unless the handle was shaken (room 1067).

Very cozy atmosphere. Rooms are beautifully decorated and charming.
I love taking a relaxing bubble bath and was dissapointed to find a dirty residue in the tube left from others who had taken showers. I asked the houskeeper to clean that tub and she did. Despite this disappointment, I would recommend the hotel to others.

The men running valet service were very friendly and efficient both in parking and retrieving our car. Our room rate was much less than the Blackstone and quite adequate .
