Good hotel (price / quality) near the center

At this time I felt very unhappy when compared with my first stay. Due to long weekend and New Year festival, therefore, I have earlier booked the room via eurobookings and hope to stay not on the top floor. My booking also mentioned that I have a little 2 childrens but the hotel gave me a room on the top floor. Do you think how hardly I am when I and my family want to go to somewhere? Additionally, when I checked-in in the evening of the 1st day, the air-conditioning systems in my room had a problem. The hotel let me wait more than 1 hour to solve this problem but the problem could not solved efficiently. The air maintenance team told me that all of the problem will be solved next day. Do you know how I really feel at that time? I beg the hotel to find another room for me and my family at that night. Fortunately there was 1 remaining room. If not, what will happen with my family at New Year Eve?

The staff were very friendly and helpfull catering to all request. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money

The hotel room was pleasant and comfortable and the reception staff were very good. However, the breakfast arrangement was very poor. There were buffet warmers with a selection of food, but, for example, it was only scrambled egg every other day and the food appeared to have been in the warmers for an unreasonable amount of time. On one occasion the fried egg warmer was empty for some time and when a request was made to staff for a refill a tray of cold fried eggs was brought out and put into the warmer. On other occasions we were told on particular items "there is no more". The restaurant needs a real sort out! Also in reception there was an apology for a bar which was never open at any time, day or evening, during our stay.

An excellent hotel that we visited for the first time. Would definitely return when next in C.M.

Nice new building . rooms very nice but too small. breakfast good .

There is a good reason why this was one of the few hotels in chiang mai with empty rooms over christmas new year. all surface,so badly run,terrible food and overpriced rooms,what they advertised is NOT correct...for such a large hotel I was surprised by how hopeless it is.
