We arrived later than we thought we would, due to rainy weather south of Casper. The staff knew we were coming, and were quite helpful to us. We have had good experiences with Super 8's before, so this was no surprise.

We checked in with Mindy. She was very sweet and SO helpful! She even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. I can't say enough good things about her. In the morning breakfast was awesome. The lady in the dining room was very nice. We checked out with Kyle and she also helped us with our bags. She was awesome too.We enjoyed the staff very much
The beds weren't all that comfortable and I definitely smelled smoke in the hallway.

The coffee.
I was assigned a room on the third floor. I have emphysema and on oxygen. A member of your staff carried my belongings up to the third floor. My question is, why does a person who pre-registers get assigned a third floor room?

I liked the room including bed comfort, refrigerator, microwave and the accessibility. The t.v. was nice.
The tank of the toilet had grout and mold. The clock radio did not work and one lamp did not work; it was plugged into the socket. I would have like some scrambled eggs of breakfast.

Very nice facility..Very clean..Excellent person watching the breakfast area. She stocked it continually and a wonderful personality..
We thought the price was a little high.

Location was great
For a two night stay requested clean towels only. Came back from meetings to find no towels, trash not emptied, and room not vaccumed. Disappointed.
