The young gal at the desk could not recommend a good restaurant in the area and had no clue where there was a grocery store!

The room was inviting and relaxing! The jetted tub was fabulous!
The lights went out at midnight for a couple of minutes each night so if your're night owls it will startle you.

No small lamps for one person to read in the room but must use big lights which bothers others.

Clean, new
My stay was 4 nights while my husband was hospitalized...my bedding was never changed. When I ask about it, I was told it would be changed every other day...didn't happen. The day after my first night, beds were not even made, trash not dumped and no clean towels. I was a bit disappointed in this policy. But everything else was great.

Ease of check in and check out. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Complimentary newspaper. Clean room and accomadating house keeping staff.
Could not get the treadmill in the workout room to function correctly. Conntinental breakfast could have had a better selection.

We were very unhappy that the controls to the temperature to our room was contolled by the front desk! We were hot during the night did not sleep well!! Have not experienced this type of practice before. My husband and I have been traveling the US for some time. This was a first for us, have avoided Mircotels since our stay. Harriett Wise
