The hotel's location being near the center of town. We especially enjoyed the dinner theatre and having a cool drink on the front porch after the show.

Great location and historical significance of the hotel.
The parking arrangement should be more convenient. Having reserved spots for overnight guests. Staff handled my concern promptly.

Superb location in Charlottetown in a beautiful hotel. Close to shops and the water (about 10 short blocks). Great base location to visit the farms and beaches of Prince Edward Island.
Mattress is too soft.

The catering supervisor was able to arrange a coffee reception in the terrace room for a post-funeral reception.It was a lovely space, very warm and welcoming decor. She did a great job on short notice.
Perhaps it is time to update the shower/tub operating system.

The staff were very friendly and suggested a lot Of places to eat. We liked the old feel. The key was an added touch. (an actual gold key) I thought there could've been more info on where to catch live music. No one could tell us even though we randomly found music on the wharf.
