Waterfront location and ease of access to tourist areas, shopping, entertainment and restaurant.
Public facilities a “bit” dated and in need of an upgrade (fitness, bar), no coffee bar (Starbucks type facility).

The window seat in room and the general hotel location.
Would be nice to have room service. You can order from hotel restaurant but you have to go down and pick it up. not five star service.

A bit pricey. Restaurant menu a bit limited; would like to see a few more choices for lunch, in particular.

The staff were excellent we were celebrating our 47 wedding anniversary and from the time we checked in the friendliness of the staff was amazing.espically a gentleman by the name of Dionne and Cotton .Dioatne went out of the way to have a card signed by the staff and even had a bottle of wine sent to our room.The restaurant staff were really good and very friendly .We even had the chef come and speak us.i didn't get name.We drove from Halifex for 1night and have dinner and it was worth it.We also met Uttam who was in the lobby.But we must thank Dionte for his effort

Not enough glasses in the room,poor coffee maker, most quality hotels have Keurig systems.

Great location great staff
Lots of kids running around screaming at all hours, didn’t get much sleep because of it. But it was March break so what else can you expect. Overall good experience!
