Name of hotel not visible from street (drove by it 3 times), lengthy wait to check in upon arrival, no freezer compartment in room refrigerator.

I did not enjoy my stay the room was overpriced for the quality of the room.
I did not like my room. I came to Charlottesville because I had an important appt. at the hospital. I was tired and sick. My room smelled of smoke the mattress on the bed was sunken in the middle.
