Everything was pretty good, clean, helpful staff, free parking in the garage with access to the rooms from the garage via the room key. Breakfast muffins and danish provided for "free", meaning no additional charge (obviously included in the price of the room, duh.) Nice and quiet, no trouble or disturbances, comfortable beds. Heat very adequate. It was warm when we walked in the room and the heat wasn't even on. We put the fan on just to circulate the air, but it was very comfortable. The desk clerk recommended a good restaurant two doors down for dinner (Mello Mushroom). Free wifi, very helpful and easy to connect.
There were no teabags in the room with the coffee pot, but there were some at the coffee bar downstairs.

Close proximity to where we needed to be
The beds(mattress & box spring)need to be replaced period!!! They are very worn out & hard. The pillows were small & bed linens are old as well. The toilet tank cover didn't fit on the tank & the toilet sat crooked in the corner. Room was clean but needs to be updated.

The convenience and proximity to grounds, restaurants etc.
No floor length mirror in the room and the towels were awful quality. Could be upgraded to be a little softer and larger bath size.
