Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good
They are in the middle of renovating. Lots of construction noises in our room and the relocated breakfast area. Randomly, the fire alarm would go off - like at 7 am - this happened several times during our stay. The place was a mess - I really thing we would have had a reduction in fees to compensate for it

Convenient to project location.
Could not get internet in room. Worked fine in the lobby. Was told could not be moved to another room. Was given an 800# for tech support to see if they could help.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. I forgot a orthopedic pillow and was called at home later in the week by hotel staff regarding shipping the pillow back to me. It was very thoughtful and helpful on the part of the staff.
The front desk clerk at check-in and desk clerk the next morning were avaiable when seeking information at the front desk after a short wait. They seemed to have other responsibilities away from the front desk.
