I really appreciate the extended checkout time until 1:00. Most hotels would not have extended on a holiday weekend. I also appreciate the handicap accessible room. It gave us much more room.

It was so quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The staff could not have been nicer. I'll definitely be back.

I like the location. Love the beds -- always get a good night's sleep there. The front desk staff is so nice and knowledgeable.
I was there again for a funeral and think the price is too high. I was not there for the casino or race track. It's my home town, and I would stay there more often if not for the price. I cannot justify the price for visiting family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Simply a bit upset that we had to move rooms. We were put in a room without a tub for some reason. We could only get a room with 2 queen beds rather than a king after that but the staff helped us and tried to accommodate us.

We liked everything! Even down to the elevators. They seemed to be quicker to retrieve you then most.
PS The breakfast was very good. Don't change anything. We plan on returning in December.

Friendly service, clean rooms, and close proximity to CTR&S.
Someone permitted an unregistered person to use the men's restroom which he left in a deplorable mess in only a few minutes.
