Staff were very friendly and willing to help
My room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was designated a non smoking room. I had to wait until the next morning to switch rooms but the staff was very helpful.

The beds were very comfortable.
The shower was old and a little disgusting. The hot water was unpredictable while showering. The breakfast bar was disappointing with little healthy choices.
