Great Wolf Lodge Grand Mound

Great Fun for the grand-kids! And for the big kids too.

Problem with the system/method for cleaning out storage lockers each night. I believe it got corrected.

Quiet, even with the kids. Cumfortable Starbucks was a real plus

The water park was wonderful the children and adults were intertained and had a very fun two days. Great wolf lodge is a good destation spot for a short holiday.

Now this was the worst part of our stay and it put a damper on all that we did. I know you don't want this review to list a price and I won't per your request. When we booked our room we told the person helping us that we had three adults and five children. We ask if we needed two rooms or if they had an accommodation that would comfortably fit all of us. They said they had a room "the kids cabin" that was large enough for all of us. The price was quite steep ( more then the Disneyland hotel ) but we did have 8 people so all in all it wasn't so bad. That is until we entered our room to find one full size bed, a pull out couch sleeper and three small bunk beds.( I grandma who paid for the room slept on the sleeper couch with one child and the bed was so bad my granddaughter and myself couldn't sleep. We had to have two children sleep together in one of the small bunks so they didn't sleep well. There were only five towels in our room for eight people, the TV was one of the old style big fat ones that took up most of the counter space. The room was so small we didn't have room to put our luggage any place that we didn't have to step over it. The room was clean ,warm and would have been ok for a family of four. We paid a heck of a lot of money for this room and I truly feel that there must have been some mistake in our accommodation. When I inquired I was told if I wanted another room it would be another $185.00 per night and trust me on top of what I had already paid it was outrages I truly am sorry to have to right this review this way as there are many great things to do at Great Wolf lodge but if the room is offal then it spoiles the trip. I would like to add that my son took one of the children home with him the evening of the second day so they wouldn't have to go through another miserable night.

The activities for the kids

The accessability to the different levels of the water area for seniors. I had my 80 yr old parents with me and the staff told us we had to climb the stairs to the second floor from the check in area to get to the water area. We walked their legs off and later found out where the elevators were. I think another elevator would have been extremely helpful.

Staff and service is fantastic. the water park is so much fun for all ages. My son realy liked the Magi quests.

The food is terrible, i meen realy bad and over priced. i would not care about th price if it was half way good

Comfortable bed.

Noisy children slamming doors at about 10:00 PM

Waterpark, animal show, archade, wizard adventure it was great fun for my 5 year old grandson
