Super 8 by Wyndham Central Pt Medford

The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful.

Wanda and most of the staff were very polite and helpful. Wanda helped me make our reservation when I was having problems doing it online. She was a real sweetheart!

We planned on staying 3 nights. As I was making our reservations online, I accidentally forgot to add the 3rd night and the program wouldn't allow me to change it. I called Super 8 and talked to Wanda, who was a wonderful help. She reserved our room for the 3rd night and asked to mention it when we got to the Motel. At some point my husband asked a gentleman who was on duty at the desk to check on that 3rd night reservation. He refused and said we could do it later. To make a long story short, it ended up causing some confusion and we were afraid we were going to lose our room. The manager was very polite and helpful and we got the problem resolved. We don't think an employee should refuse a request of a guest without explanation.

Smell of chlorine from the pool

Clean, friendly staff, bed was comfy, the kids loved the waterslide

No towels for the pool on a few occasions it was a fully booked though so understandable just would have like one for the kids

Conveient to what we had plannned for the weekend

Two tiny pillows that were wore out. Only 2 bath towels.

Grand kids had a great time in the pool. Very nice life guard, paying attention to all.

The wonderful people on your staff

Nothing at all

Carpet stained; phone note connected and was not clean; bathtub did not drain; base of toilet dirty (dusty) as if not been cleaned; beds sagged and were uncomfortable. we checked out as soon as we could without loosing money and stayed at another hotel
