Friendly staff
Yes. Our room was freezing it was set for 72* and the room temp was only 60 The bedding was very light for as cold as the room was We ended up leaving early cause the room was too cold

Very nice Clean quiet rooms.
Hotel side doors did not open with room key card. could not call out on room phone with calling card.

We slept so good we over slept by 2 hours! Your staff was very helpful and friendly! Everything was clean and comfortable! I loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. We had gone out to eat and I was not feeling the best so I took it back to the hotel, I started feeling better went to the concert came back hungry! Heated my food up in the microwave and finished it up! I will definitely refer others your way! If we are ever in your area again we would stay there again!
We found nothing to complain about!

Having a full kitchen available so I could spend less on food. Nice and clean
The bed was made up with the blanket tucked in very tight and too low: my shoulders were cold
