Main reason for choosing Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center: Rate

Rooms were nice. Hotel has been upgraded and the decor is terrific. They serve a wonderful complimentary breakfast is served. The pool is full of fun things for kids to do to play.
Elevator #4 was a little creaky sounding, but it worked well.

Riding the elevator with my 2 year old grandson.
Selected the hotel because of the pool for my grandson, the water was frigid. Room phone started message flashing in the middle of the night with no instructions on how to turn it off and no instructions on how to receive a message. Finally just unplugged the phone from its jack.Won't stay here again.

Nothing!
I have a cast and the staff guided me to an entrance that was at the opposite end of the hotel. I ordered a salad from room service and it was delivered without dressing. I called and requested Italian dressing and the delivery person apologized and claimed it was ranch. It actually was bleu cheese. I despise bleu cheese. Requested a 6:30 wake up call, no call was received and was late for my meeting.
