The bed I slept in had been sat upon down one side and on the foot until it really needed to be replaced. I moved over on to the other side which had not been broken down

The gal at the front desk who helped me was awesome.
I think the hotel is much too highly priced for what you get. The beds weren't comfortable and the pillows certainly weren't. It was noisy, but I expected that since there were things going on in town with the schools. It's too bad you couldn't go see the La Quinta in Idaho Falls; there prices are under $100, and the amenities are superior to the one in Casper. I was terribly disappointed!!

The room was spotless, the staff was excellant except for the front desk. The hot tub was great and I got the best location for my room. A real jewel of a place to stay, especially after my last two stays in Casper were frightfully awful at other hotels.
Very rude front desk on Saturday.
