This was a very clean and well kept hotel and our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The staff was hit and miss, while the desk clerks and the cleaning staff were courteous and helpful, the bistro staff left a lot to be desired. Eye contact and informing us that the bistro was closed (No hours of operation were posted but staff continued to work behind the counter while ignoring us and several other potential customers.
The only thing wrong in our room was that the ventilation/fan system was out of order in the bathroom.

We simply loved everything about this hotel. The desk staff, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff - EVERYONE was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort and well being. We spent 4 nights and not one time were we unhappy with anything. The facility was impeccable and always sparkling clean. Our room was comfortable, the bed was good and the bathroom and dressing area were clean and well kept. This will be our home away from home when we visit family in Casper.
