#1-Few Days before I called to confirm My Reservation, Lady {Lynnette} @ the desk could not fnd my Name & put me on hold 3 times, finally stated she would call me back & took my # in which she never called, the following day the Lady @ the desk found it right away, I had to cancell my 2nd reservation that I made the evening before, had given out my Creditcard # over the Phone that I was very uncomforable with...#2-Then we where not able to get into our Rm with out the desk help, & had to wait up to 10 min. to get into our Rm as they where busy @ the desk, very inconvenient!...#3- I had already been charged on My Credit card in May for my reservation & the Desk took my Credit card upon arrival & ran it again, so now I am in waiting to see if I've been charged a Second time for the same reservation!

Convenience, courteous staff, comfortable rooms, great location.
