Great location, especially with the completed freeway bypass, well-maintained both in and out. Maid service is mostly efficient and friendly. Junior Queen suite is suitable for our needs (requested a room near the elevator and got it!). The breakfast vouchers for every morning we're there come in handy, the Grille restaurant is good, the Ole Ole Mexican Restaurant is nice. Also made use of the coffee bar by the check-in desk. Casino is okay, enjoyed watching ballgames in the sports lounge area. This hotel is our Number One choice while staying in Carson City.
Complaints about cigarette smoke wafting through hallways from the casino area are still valid, though the portable air purifiers help a good deal. Sofas and chairs in the junior suites should be pulled every once in awhile to vacuum those areas.

The room was clean. I liked that breakfast was included and that the breakfast was pretty good. I also liked the casino - it was not too large and it was quiet which is what I liked.
Only the bed. We did not feel the beds were very comfortable.

Easy to find. Clean and very good customer service. Restaurants on the premises. All in all it was a good place to stay, decent price. I look forward to staying there again.

The beds were very comfortable (the pillows too). The room was clean and kept that way for our 3-day stay. Loved the shower!
The fridge in the room totally froze all our fruit and drinks we had brought along. Probably our fault for not checking the settings but this usually isn't a problem -- keeping it cool enough usually is.
