The shuttle service was helpful. I liked the small touches of the room decor. The granite, nice shower head, good bath products (shampoo/conditioner/soap). I enjoyed the large flat screen tv. The most useful thing to me was the alarm clock that had an iphone charger attached to it. I had forgotten my charger and that really saved me. I had never seen that in any other hotels I had been in. :)
My only complaint was that I had to leave a message for room service and by the time I had to leave an hour after calling I had not heard back from them.
