Close to shopping. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would definetely stay again. It was a great hotel
I wish they had more ala cart choices at breakfast. You either had to order the huge buffet breakfast or a few other items on the menu. I couldn’t just buy a small bowl of fruit and a muffin with my coffee.

Excellent location right on the water front. Staff all pleasant and helpful.
It was cold during our visit, about 13 degrees maximum. We were there for 4 nights. I found it unusual that each day we would return to our room, the air-conditioning had been changed from heating to cooling and set at 18 degrees which was far too cold on a cold day outside.

The location is very good, also the overall operation since the care, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My assessment is very positive.
I do not recall any problem unless an earring left in the room and no one contacted me so far. Already gave it as unrecoverable.
