Main reason for choosing Little Sur Inn: Rate
The board walk on Moonstone Beach is just across the street and is a very nice place to walk. We had a Ocean front room and could just sit and look out over the ocean and sun set.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Ocean view room (# 15 I recall) with very good view.
Continental breakfast was average. An "average" continental breakfast is not something that bothers me or is a deal-breaker. Rather an above-average to excellent breakfast would be worth bragging about and probably cause the rating for service/facilities to rate a "10"

We could see the ocean from our room; the cleanliness of our room; breakfast was well presented and appealing to the eye with a good variety for one's selection; hotel right next to a great restaurant, The Sea Chest; Little Sur Inn is just very pleasant...this is our second time to stay at Little Sur,andwe were not disappointed!

Hotel and room were both nice and clean. great location. wood flooring was very nice.
Breakfast was good but portions were skimpy. bed was squeaky. kind of odd that the heater for the room is the fireplace.

Oceanfront room with balcony was great! Room size and bathroom size generous. Liked having the second floor be handicap accessible. Location midway along Moonstone Beach is perfect.
8am seems late for breakfast (especially for those coming from a different time zone.)

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is great and rooms are always clean and comfortable.
The only thing I would like is for the jacuzzi tubs to be larger. So they would be able to fit two people comfortably.

Sight-seeing (Elephant Seals). Restaurants. We also got together with relatives, who were visiting the Central Coast, too.
We have stayed at the Little Sur Inn a few times because we like most everything about the hotel.
