The staff approach has been exceptional without exception. A special mention has to be made of the shop assistant on Saturday night. I hope she knows who she is and that she is appreciated

There was nothing I didn't like! The room was clean, comfortable. Great bed and linens.
But... I realized after the fact that Fairmont is an Aeroplan partner. I didn't know it at the time and wasn't asked when I booked, checked in or out. I would really like to have the points from my stay. My Aeroplan number is 937 957 082

Gold treatment was a step up in class for sure. Great pool and steam area. Friendly staff that tend to your every need. It was amazing. Little chocolates by bed twice daily. Sheets turned down at night wow. I asked where the pop machine was and they brought me water and pop free of charge wow. +15 walkway system so you dont have to go outside in the -35 weather and wreck your nice shoes just to have supper. So much more.
Trains can get a bit loud at night.
Could be more community based like tickets to the museum or local performances.

Everything !! The hotel is just lovely, the staff are so gracious and cheerful and the room and public spaces are impeccable .
I do hope that the renovation won’t ruin the grandeur and history of the hotel. The renovation that was done in the public spaces at the Hotel Vancouver are cold, unattractive and common. Please don’t let that happen to the Palliser .

Location, expectation, service were all where one would like. I will visit again using this accommodations with pleasure
I booked my first night for 308 online I believe. When I arrived I booked another night stay for 175.. I would like to know how I can get a price at door when I am not able to be at the location for the great price
