The Staff were very helpful, warm and Friendly. The location was perfect for going to Banff and Lake Louise. The city is massive and a bit overwhelming, but I was with my husband so it all worked out. We live in a beautiful country and Alberta is Magnificent!
There was construction, out front, but the front desk gentleman gave us clear instructions on what to pay attention to on our way around. So, I guess, all was good

We have received excellent service at the front desk while checking in.
Carpet in the room appeared to be well used may need to be replaced.
