I requested a fridge when i booked over the phone and when i signed in and we never got it. they had forgotten about it. so are food went bad.

We were very thankful that the Radisson sent their shuttle to pick us up from the Keg late on Friday night when we couldn't get through to a cab company. Excellet customer service!
The rooms were not in very good condition, the tub coating was pealing and there were areas of the room that had not been cleaned in months. We found it amusing that the rooms and balconies were Non-Smoking but the coffe table had cigarette burns all over it. I'm sure they can afford new tables???

It was really convienent that we could take the shuttle to the LRT station for free and that they would come pick us up at almost anytime of day within 10 min!
