From the shuttle to entering our room we were impressed by how immaculate both were maintained and by how pleasant all the staff were.Told family we were travelling with they have to stay at Acclaim hotel next time they travel,unbeatable !

We had a late supper at Pancini and it was excellent and very handy to the hotel. We took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and we arrived in plenty of time. Great service.

As a way station close to the airport I was expecting a “typical” airport hotel. I was wrong. The staff was excellent and very helpful, the room was well defined and comfortable-well suited for both electronics (a necessity these days) and a vanity area for putting on makeup intead of standing in the bathroom (my wife was impressed). The bathroom was roomy and not the usual small cubical I remembered from my work-travel days (I used to fly on business once or twice per week). The plus was a very nice Italian restaurant connected to the hotel. All at a very good price. We will be back on our next trip to Banff.

Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Very close to airport so no traffic delays.
