Location and cleanliness. The room was quite OK but somewhat responsive between rooms, unfortunately!
The staff was indifferent, with no exceptions. A male doorman had a smile but the rest was completely reset to zero. Breakfast is beneath contempt. Should be supplemented with at least the eggs, several kinds of bread, yogurt and always several kinds of toppings. The staff seemed to be terribly boring. look-up never came up närman into the hotel.

We were very happy with the hotel across the board.
Location was great, staff pleasant and helpful and the rooms, tho simple were spacious enough and the having a balcony and free parking was a plus.
