I had an exceptional stay. The room is cozy yet big enough to entertain and the king size bed was so enjoyable.

Good service. Easy check in and out.

Helpful staff at front desk. I left a phone charge in my room and I called the next day and they had it for me up front. I was impressed and grateful for that.

It is'nt the motel that I am not pleased with, it is the hotelone system I am not pleased with. I needed to check out earlier than I had planned, it was a complete hassle to get checked in or out. When I went to check in they said I still needed to run my credit card, even though you had all ready withheld the full amount against my account. Then when they went to check me out it was the same thing all over again and they could not check me out without contacting you (hotelone). Then they tell me that they cannot give me a receipt, that it would be emailed to me from you. I have not received this receipt or a explanation as to when I will get my refund of the unused payment. You have had my money since Aug 28, 2014 and I have not been able to use all of it since then. What is the hold up, as it's been 10 days since I checked out and I want this settled and a receipt as soon as possible. This is the last time I'm using hotelone.

I liked that it was off the main road and in a quiet location. I always like that they are pet friendly and the staff were very nice.
