Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites

I'm pleased to say my room was very clean and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable , I enjoyed the Breakfast and very pleased it was included, the lady who attended to the Breakfast area was charming, and continually replenishing the goodies. Just a suggestion, I think you need a vertical hand rail in the bath/shower for when you step out of the Bath/Shower..for safety... Also, the upgraded foyer needs a couple of chairs that sit higher, the tradesmen were doing a good job, hope you were happy with the finished foyer, the colours were warm and inviting, best regards, Patricia Kendall...Australia

I've been there many times and find the front desk staff just ok.

We were really impressed with the breakfast offerings . Staff were extremely professional and helpful.
