We like the location by the bay and airport. There are a few very good restaurants near by. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any needs we have. We like the deluxe breakfast.

Very nice small hotel -- I stayed there because the Hyatt and Marriott were both full but I am now a convert. I will definitely stay at Bay Landing again.
The staff were very helpful, upgrading me to a bay view room when they otherwise were not able to meet my request.

The location and shuttle service to the airport made leaving SF very easy.
Wish there was a restaurant or two beside the one next door to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. We did eat at the restaurant next door and it was very good but if we had stayed at Bay Landing for a longer period fo time, it would have been very nice to eat in a restaurant inside Bay Landing. You supplied tea and coffer for in-room, but forgot a form of creamer, would have liked a couple of the small milk containers such as you serve with the coffee in the lobby. (muffins in the lobby along with the coffee would have been great for those leaving at 5am - 6am)
