Main reason for choosing Ramada by Wyndham Buffalo Downtown: Location
I think what impressed me most happened before my stay. I was arranging rooms and flights for my daughters' wedding. I had to call 3 times with questions. Each time it was as if they had the answer on the tip of their tongues just waiting for the question to be asked. I had never dealt with a large hotel before and did not expect such personalized care. The stay itself was excellent. My whole family was impressed with the breakfast buffet.
If there is anything I didn't like about the stay it would be that I had to leave so soon.
Two bedbugs were found in one of our rooms but since we are in the grip of a nationwide pandemic due to global warming I don't give that much weight. This is going to be a part of our culture for a long time to come, especially since the bugs are rapidly becoming resistant to the insecticides used by exterminators.

The location was perfect for us to walk to a concert at the First Niagara arena. The staff was very helpful in helping us to find our way to the venue and to get us back on the correct road towards heading home.
We were a little confused how the rooms were numbered, but, eventually found our way.

The overall look and feel of the hotel was nice.
The night shift staff clerk gave my grandmother a very hard time checking in. I called several times to make my grandmothers arrival smooth. That's all my grandmother talks about was how rude and inconsiderate the night shift front desk clerk was. Other than that she said the hotel was beautiful and everything was nice.
