Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

The location couldn't be better at the corner of the Snow Road exit just minutes from the CLE airport. I loved the convenience. The desk staff was efficient, pleasant, friendly, helpful and accommodating both at check-in and out. The interior of the building was clean, modern and attractive all over including my room and bathroom. I was amazed at the reasonable rates for the fine stay it provided. Although we were unable to have a leisurely breakfast, the room was open for early travelers. We were provided with two nutritious bag-to-go breakfasts which were much appreciated. I can't say enough good things about this stay. I will always stay here when a hotel is needed near the airport and will recommend only this hotel to all of my friends and family.

It is not the most attractive building from the outside although the grounds were spotless. Since the entrance is in the back, I feel the addition of a canvas canopy or some sort or architectural design to clearly identify and enhance the entrance and provide cover from the rain when exiting the vehicle for check-in would make for a nicer and practical entrance for guests.

The front desk attendant was overloaded with phone calls but was still very polite and helpful.

The heating unit was very noisy and woke me several times during the night.

Pretty quiet however faces busy street.

Replace one cereal for plain cornflakes /for people with gluten and sugar problems.
