Ability to have the window open a real luxury
Swmming pool closed for maintenance was a rweal dissapointment as i had chosen this hotel for this facility option, a reduction in proce shuld have been offered.

The tranquility of the environment. Well-designed rooms, except the beds.
It is unfortunate that the beds are so bad: it has a bad back because desressorts apparent. And égalemenbt difficult access with one-way. JT Switzerland.

We were allocated a designated smoking room on arrival. We were not aware of this until we entered the corridor from the lift on the third floor. The fact that we were not given a choice really annoys me. I found out from a member of staff later that there are 18 of these in the hotel. We should have demanded a change but we arrived late and were leaving early and in a rush to meet up with friends. I am still trying to work out how this loophole exists in in workplace health and safety legislation.

The fact that as a lone female I did not feel unsafe.
The lack of variety of the menu between bar and restaurant - none! Also the cooked breakfast was a bit cold and rubbery, but I was expecting that having read recent reviews before my trip. Not good, but not bad either.

I found the hotel to be very good and the quietist I have stayed in. The only problem I encounterd was that the price I obtained on line was not recognised by reception and it did take some time to sort out.Luckily I had a print out of the correct price.

Romm kept very clean and no noise,even at weekend.
Disappointed that I was charged £5 per day to park my car.

As I have nothing to make a comparison against I have awarded an eight overall, however we had no complaints at all and would use another Ramada hotel in another location/country.Our room (325)did have the most amazing and awe inspiring view of the church of Saint Mary, Redcliffe. Interesting experience being a tourist in the country of my birth.
