The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept clean the entire visit with new towel, soap, etc when I needed them. Great experience overall!
I wish the continental breakfast went till 10am.

The mattress AND pillow were very uncomfortable.

We were very pleased with the room, the staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was extremely well made up & clean. Beds are very comfortable.
The only thing we didn't like was the lack of signs letting a person know just where the motel is. I knew where it was but because it had been several years since we were there, I missed the turn into the little street because there wasn't a sign our front, that I saw. Was watching traffic so might have missed it.

Check in was easy, but they didn't give me a final statement of my bill.
The room was not clean. Someone left beer in the refrigerator. TV selection was not good. Continental breakfast was ok, but there wasn't much that I could eat. I have milk allergies and egg white allergy. I told them them should get some bagels and fresh fruit. Maybe some sausages.
When my husband checked out. He tried to tell the woman everything, but she wouldn't listen.

I stayed for two weeks. The staff were most helpful when I had difficulty connecting to the local internet. My room was well-cared for and the continental breakfast was THE BEST EVER.
The front desk could not provide a map of the area which I found strange and awkward. When I asked whether the free newspaper contained a listing of TV programming, I was told it did not, but, in fact, it DOES.
