Oyster Bay Inn & Suites

Excellent value, polite staff, clean comfortable room. would definately book again.

Beautiful location. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

I notified staff of the plumbing problem in my room. The room was dry when I moved in, but by morning water was dripping under the sink and running a stream behind the toilet, and the trap would not hold water in the toilet tank. There was a LOT of pressure.

The location is beautiful and the pit fire each was enjoyable. Access to the beach was a bonus.

This was the second time I have stayed here. The front desk remembered us and made us feel welcome!!!! The first time we stayed the owner and the workers bent over backwards for us( there were 10 of us). They made our reason for being there that much easier! Any time I go back to Bremerton I will go to the OYSTER BAY INN!!!!!

The size of the rooms was awesome and the big screen TV's.

Please work on not letting people party on the back lawn until midnight. Baseballs and footballs were hitting the walls (and could possibly hit the windows).

I enjoyed the view from my room.Also, the location on the water and beach access made up for my terrible experience with staff.

Apparently, there had been some type of misunderstanding between staff and management which resulted in a horrible interaction between front desk staff and myself. They had not gotten their facts straight and made assumptions and accusations towards myself and my guest. The customer service I received was possibly the worst I have ever experienced. One particular staff member made offensive and extremely derogatory remarks in reference to my appearance. They went as far as to call the authorities only to finally admit they had made a mistake. All that being said, I never even received an apology or any type of compensation for the horribly disrespectful, offensive and unprofessional service. I most definitely will not return and I will not recommend Oyster Bay Inn to anyone in the future.

The motor of the refrigerator was so loud I had to prop open the door and unplug it at night.
