Room was clean, comfortable and pretty much as I expected; it was affordable and convenient location.
I was surprised at the required $100 damage deposit for the room with no real expanation as to its purpose. Since I had a reservation and it was 5pm, it's not like I would have driven my kids around looking for an alternative, but it would have been nice to know of this requirement up front. And then it turns out that our room fan/vent didn't work (though I was offered 25% discount when we checked out for a future stay for the inconvenience). Breakfast was decent but would have been cool to have some fresh fruit available.

Zero noise from the highway due to the way the building is situated.
We were first given a room in the main building, but it smelled so bad of stale smoke we asked to be moved. Relocated to a room in the adjacent building which was a dump. With a little vision and financing, this place could be a gem due to it's location.

Folks running the place was real nice. Wasn't the fanciest place .. . little remodeling going on ... They have a way to go to make it top quality but was clean enough. Location was good. Easy to find. Pretty good breakfast .. .hot sausage patties and eggs .. cereal, bagles, waffle maker. Coffee wasn't the best .. .but now i'm getting nitpicky. . .i would stay there again. sure!

The breakfast was nice. Plenty of selections and not crowded. The staff was checking often to make sure we were happy and the TV was nice to watch the news etc...
Our room was a non-smoking room. I think the whole hotel is now. Our room however smelled bad. Old smoke and a little musty. We opened the door to help but we were pretty stuffed up. There were no smoking signs on all the doors except for ours...? The bed was very comfortable and clean. Would I recommend this hotel? Maybe. If you don't mind smoke smell. We did go in to another room that a friend had and theirs had no smell so I'm not sure what happened. We asked for a NON-Smoking room.

The view of the bay. The free breakfast. The friendly staff. The frig and coffee maker and microwave and comfortable bed and little couch and free wifi. Short walking distance to QFC, Walgreen's, Denny's. I had a really enjoyable visit and plan to stay there again.

Easy access from the main road. Glad to see the remodeling has started. It needs it.
Things had been removed from the walls and the marks and holes not repaired.
( between the beds ) One light didn't work and the one above the TV went off and on when it felt like it. Maybe this is why it's being remodeled. Not serious stuff but is noticeable.

Location was great.. I got a room with a balcony overlooking the lake.. Great view! Room was clean.. Staff was very courteous! Absolutely loved it!
