Extremely friendly and professional staff.
For some reason the hotel maid forgot to clean our room on the first night. When I called for more clean towels the next night, they were delivered in minutes.

Hotel was surprisingly nice and clean.
Doors slam. Seems like a common problem in hotels. Maybe don't make the doors close so hard or make them not self closing? It's really annoying when you have neighbors that are clueless.
