Our stay was very nice.
The room was functional and had everything we needed
The heat was off when we arrived so the room was very cold.
Once we got the heat working ... we could thaw
The fan in the bathroom was very loud

I liked that the staff was very accomodating and helpful. They even went out of their way to help me surprise my fiancee who wasn't feeling well. They went and got the flowers for me and put in our room while we were away at our boys ball tournament. Couldn't ask for a better staff.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
